Single session

£55 (1 hour)

Single session therapy is for when when you need just a little input to help you resolve a new issue or situation i.e. an argument with your partner/s or you need a follow up/refresher session after a therapy break. Please be mindful this is not suitable for long term complex issues such as long standing depression, anxiety or trauma.

Short term

£55 (1 hour)

or £220 £200 with the therapy package (4 sessions £50 each)

Short term therapy (usually 6-8 sessions), can be helpful if this is your first time experiencing difficulties with stress, depression or anxiety and you’ve experienced this for no longer than 3 months. It could be you’re dealing with a relationship breakup or work situation that would require more than one session.

Long term

£55 (1 hour)

or £220 £200 with the therapy package (4 sessions £50 each)

Long term or open ended therapy is best if you want to tackle more long term difficulties or simply need a neutral space to regularly check in with yourself to help you stay on track. You’re free from any time pressure and you are fully in control of how long your therapy last. If you wish to tackle childhood and/or adulthood trauma, long term loneliness,shame, guilt, grief, bereavement, low self esteem, confidence, prolonged stress, this is the best option.
