It’s very common to stumble upon challenges within the course of your relationship and sometimes a bit of professional help is what your relationship needs to thrive.

Whether it’s a relational struggle, or something external that is impacting your relationship, I will support you in a non judgemental, shame free way, without taking sides.

Couple therapy can help you with:

  • Improving your connection and intimacy

  • Sex and intimacy concerns

  • Negotiating the terms of your relationship and navigating the dynamics of non-monogamy

  • Repair following affairs and infidelity

  • Figuring out whether to stay together or separate

Our approach is sex positive, inclusive and pleasure focused, meaning we believe everyone has the right to connect with their own sexual pleasure as part of the human experience.

We recognise the uniqueness and multi faced nature of sexuality and that there are many ways to experience gender, attraction and relationships. We are inclusive and affirming meaning we work with individuals of any gender, sexual orientation and relationship structure (i.e. non monogamy and polyamory)

This service is currently offered by Valentina as part of her clinical practice required to complete a specialising diploma in Sex & Relationship Therapy at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology.

Our therapy services are available both Online via telephone or video call (Google Meet or Whatsapp) and in person at our office in Manchester city centre.

The Venue:

For in person sessions we are located in a stunning historical building, on the first floor at The Hadley Clinic on the edge of Spinningfields and a few meters from Deansgate.

You will be welcomed by a lovely cozy waiting room inclusive of free water dispenser and a calming aroma.

Lift access and toilets are available.
